Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Destiny Marketing Group collects when your business uses Destiny OS, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: the email addresses of people you add, and their sign-in history. We use one-time email codes, not passwords.
- Business information: the mission, facts, rules, records, tasks, messages and content you and your AI team create.
- Connected accounts: settings and keys for the email or Facebook accounts you connect, stored encrypted.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep invoice amounts and status.
- Usage: how much AI work your team does, so we can bill it and show it to you.
How it's used
Only to run Destiny OS for your business: to let your AI team do its work, to show you your dashboard, to bill you, and to email you sign-in codes, invites and important alerts. We don't sell your data and we don't use one business's data for another.
Who processes it
- Anthropic (Claude) runs the AI team. Your business information is sent to it to do the work.
- Supabase hosts the database. Vercel hosts the dashboard.
- Stripe handles payments. Resend or Gmail sends email.
- Web search results come from public pages your team looks up.
Keeping it safe
Each business's data is separated at the database level. Keys and passwords are stored encrypted. Every important action is written to an activity log you can see.
Your choices
You can see and change your business information in the dashboard, disconnect accounts at any time, and ask us to export or delete your data by emailing us.
